7-Day Easy Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Note:

Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Used or partially used perfumes.
Products with damaged or missing original packaging.
Products intentionally damaged after delivery.
Gift cards.

Exchanges

If you would like a different fragrance, please contact us first. If your original item qualifies for return, you may return it and place a new order for your preferred product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
